   Hi,

   When I placed the order for wheel cupcake stand I was all excited because I am a baker so I bake cakes always and I believed my daughter’s friends would have enjoy it while I display it in partys.
   But when I got the product in my hand all my dreams where shattered like a mirror like how I got the product broken. Immediately I contacted to the number given and the person(Adithya) spoke to me very politely and told what I should do.
   I have mailed with details and pictures. What’s that impressed me was the quick response from the management as well as you have taken it very positively.
   I’m so glad to inform you that I have got refunded. Thank you!
   Hope you will send the collection boy to send it by mr back to you. Now I can understand all it happened because of the flood in Kerala and rerouted, and may be that’s why I got it in such a condition.
